Red Jacket

Unfortunately, much alike analysis of Red Jacket, there is very few criticism of Red Jacket. However, looking at what people said about him in his time, one can get an idea of certain problems Red Jacket may have had. For example, Red Jacket fell victim to alcoholism. This is one major critique that would have seriously affected Red Jacket and his many speeches. Some other evaluations of Red Jacket, though, do not seem to be as serious. The main example of this would be when Red Jacket was accused of witchcraft. Red Jacket was so skilled in speaking that he was able to avoid any problems with this. Although this may seem ridiculous, this is what people were saying about him while he was alive. Finally, one last major criticism is that Red Jacket was a coward. It was said that he was not an able warrior. Later, Red Jacket disproved this in the War of 1812 while in his sixties. Overall, it can be seen how like analysis, Red Jacket is missing a large amount of criticism, but some viable examples can still be observed.
